Thanks for using Web Desire products and services ("Services"). The Services are provided by Web Desire, located at Rynek 20, Osieczna, 64-133, Poland.
We will refer to ourselves in this document as "Web Desire", "we", "us" or "our".
By using our Services, you are agreeing to terms enclosed in this document. Please read them carefully because violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account.
General Conditions
Web Desire shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree not to copy, sell, resell or extract any portion of the Service without the express written permission from Web Desire.
Account Terms
You must be 13 years or older to use our Services.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password (credential). Web Desire cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Payments and Refunds
Free trial. Monthly and annual subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial, once per account. A payment method is required to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing. Lifetime purchases are a single payment and have no trial.
Renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term, at the price you joined at, until you cancel. We email you before an annual plan renews. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep the paid features until the term you have already paid for ends, and we do not pro-rate a partial term.
Refunds. Annual subscriptions and lifetime purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the charge, no questions asked. Email info@thetypingcat.com and we will refund the payment in full. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded; cancel instead, and no further payment is taken.
Prices and payment. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency displayed. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card number. Taxes may be added where the law requires it. We may change our prices, but a change never affects a subscription that is already running — an existing subscription renews at the price it started at for as long as it stays active.
Accounts bought for students. Where a school or teacher buys accounts for students, the purchase covers one year from the date of payment for the number of students bought. At the end of the year it can be renewed or allowed to lapse; nothing is deleted when it lapses, and each student keeps their own account and their own work.
Limitations of Liability
Web Desire is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions and any damage to hardware or software.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses caused by using the Service.
Warranty
We make no warranty. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You need to understand that we use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. So we cannot be responsible for their failure.
Privacy Policy
You also agree with our Privacy Policy.
Change in Terms of Service
Occasionally, we may change or update our Terms of Service with or without notice.
